We were so pleased to be able to welcome every member of our Trust Team enabling them to hear our core messages and be motivated to continue helping the young people in our schools with greater clarity.

Our five schools represented both primary and secondary phases and the conference was arranged to help build dialogue and create opportunities for colleagues from different schools to work together. Hosting it at such an eye-catching venue and with good quality refreshments beforehand made such a difference for our team.

Our keynote speaker, Cath Bishop, worked effusively with our staff in helping them reflect on how we approach our work with clarity, connection, and constant learning.
